Job Summary: 
 
KBACE is seeking bright, diligent people to join our consulting organization. Candidates should have a successful track record working with HRMS and Payroll and prior business related experience.  Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality.  In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows.  Candidates should have prior Oracle Payroll implementation consulting experience and ideally will have experience leading at least one prior implementation.
 
Typical project responsibilities include: 
 
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality.
  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
  • Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the project team.
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
  • Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
  • Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
  • Deliver end-user training.
  • Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
 
Qualifications: 
 
  • Experience with the business processes in Payroll, and experience with functional Oracle payroll implementation, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Experience with Absence Management is a big plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
 
Requirements: 
 
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar consulting role.
  • Prior experience with functional Oracle Payroll implementation, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Absence Management experience
  • Must be willing to travel 70-75%

  • Must be willing to travel 70-75%, including ability to utilize various methods of transportation including personal car, airplanes, trains, rental cars, and local public transportation, as well as possess all required US and international travel documents as needed.
