Job Summary:
KBACE is seeking bright, diligent people to join our Oracle Cloud support organization. Candidates should have a successful track record working with Oracle HCM modules and prior related business experience.  Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality.  In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows.  Candidates with prior experience leading Oracle HRMS implementations will receive the highest priority. Candidates with Oracle Cloud experience are preferred.
Typical project responsibilities depending on experience may include:
  • Advise companies on best practices within Cloud HCM
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practices, and the theory behind them, to apply and interpret a variety of interrelated
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Effectively communicate and drive deliverables.
  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
  • Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Write business requirement documents for reports and interfaces
  • Interact with the team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
  • Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
  • Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
  • Deliver end-user training.
  • Provide status and issue reports to the client contacts on a regular basis
  • Lead weekly client status calls
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in operational and tactical areas of HR including employment law, FLSA classifications, HR Technology
  • Support/advice day to day administration of Oracle HCM applications
  • Provide guidance to less experienced analysts/consultants
  • Oracle Cloud experience is preferred

  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of ten years HR practitioner or lead consulting experience is required
  • Must be willing to travel 25%
