Job Summary: 
KBACE is seeking bright, diligent people to join our Functional HCM Cloud organization in Bangalore. Candidates should have a successful track record working with the Oracle HCM application suite and technology, ideally with Oracle Cloud apps.  Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality.  In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows.  Candidates should have prior Oracle HCM implementation consulting experience, with experience implementing Benefits (OAB and/or Cloud Benefits). Candidates will perform remote functional Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for US and India-based clients.
Typical project responsibilities include: 
  • Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud Benefits Application functionality.
  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
  • Configure Oracle to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
  • Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
  • Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
  • Deliver end-user training.
  • Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
  • Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly Benefits. We will train you on Oracle Cloud Benefits if you have Oracle Advance Benefits.
  • Similar experience with functional Oracle HCM implementations, ideally Oracle Cloud Benefits.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation.
  • Strong communication abilities.
