Responsibilities:
 
Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams. Mentor project team members. Control project scope including gathering functional requirements and completing gap analysis. Maintain referenceable clients from beginning to end of the project life cycle. Primary point of contact for the client project team. Design Project Charters/Plans and then manage project timelines, costs, and resources and client expectations and client deliverables. Demonstrate an ability and willingness to get hands-on in the software and assist with configuration and testing tasks as necessary. Manage and control activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensure appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet corporate requirements. Maintain minimum targeted utilization levels for the PM position and the other consultants on the project. Facilitate the completion of key project tasks and assist team members in the completion of these tasks when necessary. Contribute to the evolution of our implementation methodology and other activities. Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality. Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them. Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. Domestic travel to client sites required. Will work at unanticipated worksites throughout the US.
 
Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 5 years of relevant experience implementing Oracle Applications.
