The HRIS team is seeking a strong Sr Technical HRIS Analyst experienced with Oracle Cloud HCM. This roll will provide technical support to the organization across all modules, as well as executing strategic projects and enhancements. This is a Technical role, but functional knowledge is a plus.

Remote, full-time role, 1 trip per quarter. Candidates MUST currently reside in the continental US.

Requirements:

• 3+ yrs experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within the team, and independently
• Excellent process knowledge, with ability to organize and document Oracle HR process and procedures
• Strong technical experience with complex Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, etc
