The HRIS team is seeking a strong Sr HRIS Analyst experienced with Oracle Cloud HCM. This roll will provide support to the organization across all modules, as well as executing strategic projects and enhancements. This is a Functional role, but technical knowledge of OTBI, BIP, or Fast Formulas is a plus.

Remote, full-time role, 1 trip per quarter. Candidates MUST currently reside in the continental US.

Requirements:

• 3+ yrs experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within the team, and independently
• Excellent process knowledge, with ability to organize and document Oracle HR process and procedures
• Any technical knowledge is a plus, ability to interface effectively with technical developers
